When dming me, please tell/give me the following information:
- How much of the character(s) I am to draw (bust, half, or full)
- How rendered you want your commission (lines, flats, or shaded)
- Send me one or two reference photos of your character/character I’ll be drawing
- If you have a specific pose in mind that’s also a helpful reference too!If I need to clarify anything, please let me know!Payment will be due AFTER I send the sketch (Unless otherwise discussed.)I HAVE FULL RIGHT TO DENY ANY AND ALL COMMISSIONS I AM UNCOMFORTABLE WITH FOR ANY REASON.

TERMS OF SERVICE

[NOTICE: This is the condensed version of the TOS. Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which will apply to your orders.]- Payment will be provided after an initial rough sketch is approved.- Product will be delivered digitally.- Costumer can make as many revisions as needed before each update is approved.- Payment must be made in USD ($) through PayPal.- Costumer can only ask for a refund before the first update is approved.- Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.- Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.- Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

TERMS OF SERVICE[Last update: 06/10/2026]These Terms of Service are relevant to all projects and are subject to revisions, editing, and additions without notice.This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a finished work of art further called Product.Costumer must read, understand and agree to all the TOS terms before entering into an agreement with the Seller. Customers who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

GENERAL:1. Seller reserves the right to refuse service without an explanation or reason as long as payment hasn't been properly procured. (See 5a.)2. Communication may happen through any of the socials listed, but the Costumer must select a single one to receive updates of the Product and the final piece. The final piece can also be requested to be sent by email for better quality, which the Costumer must provide.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel service and issue a refund depending on the arts status, due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate in clear/effective English/Spanish, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission.4. Seller may not be available to answer emails on holidays, scheduled days off work, or emergencies. If you do not receive a reply within 7 days, feel encouraged to resend your message. Occasionally Costumer messages are lost or accidentally deleted.PAYMENT:5a. Seller will procure from 1 to 3 initial rough sketches that may be modified as many times as required. Customer agrees to pay the due amount after an initial sketch has been approved by both the Costumer and Seller. Only then the service is procured.5b. If the price is equal or above $200 the Costumer is allowed to procure it in two payments. First payment will have to be made as indicated in the previous point and contain half the price. Second payment will have to be made any time before receiving the final Product. The product will not be given until the full payment has been made.6. Seller will only accept USD ($) via PayPal as payment. Costumer is responsible for making currency conversions and paying any additional fees charged by PayPal due to international fees.7. Costumer must send the payment as "Friends and Family" to avoid additional fees.REFUNDS & CHARGEBACK:8. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.9. Costumer can't ask for a refund past agreement in the first update.10. Costumer is not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.11. If for any reason the Costumer's PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without their knowledge, the Costumer must contact the Seller as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.12. Costumer is required to contact the Seller when they need to cancel a commission request.13. Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting the Seller to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting of the Costumer as well as your socials and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.PRODUCT UPDATES, REVISIONS & DELIVERY14. An update will be received for every major step of the process. Main ones being: Clean Sketch, Clean Lineart, Flat colors, Shading. (This updates might change in number or point in the process depending on the type of commission.)15. Costumer may ask for as many corrections as necessary before the update (IE: Once the the Clean Sketch has been approved no changes to the composition can be made. Once the Flat Colors are approved no changes can be applied to the color palette.)16. Minor corrections after an update approval might be allowed depending on the complexity (IE: Change eye color).17. Major corrections after an update might require an additional fee or a whole new commission (IE: Poses changes). A refund will not be provided.
18. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally through social media or email address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.19. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE20. Costumer may display the Product on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to the Seller. This does not apply to the process and updates shown before the final Product.21. Costumer may not claim Seller's Product or it's process as their own.22. Costumer is not authorized to change, modify, edit or use the Product or any of it's process without my permission.23. Costumer is not authorized to trace over the Product or it's process in any way, including the use of the Product as a “base.”24. Costumer will be asked if they want their Product or commission information posted on any socials and have the right to refuse.25. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.
